The Coquitlam Metro-Ford Soccer Club offers team programs for youth players aged Under 4 to Under 18, as well as adult players over 18. Being part of a team allows players to learn important values such as respect, leadership, excellence, and wellness, while having fun on the field. The main season for youth players runs from September to March, with the possibility of additional play-offs or training in the Spring and Summer months. Players are placed on teams with volunteer team officials and participate in mid-week practices and weekend games.
Training programs are available for players of all levels, focusing on individual technical development and tactical understanding through small-sided games. Led by CMFSC Staff Technical Coaches, these programs provide players with the opportunity to improve their skills in a supportive and challenging environment. The club also offers camps during Spring Break and the Summer months for players aged U5 to U18, as well as goalkeeper specific camps for U10 to U18 players.
