Regular visitors might prefer the 10 One-to-One or Duet packages, providing the best price-per-session rate and guaranteeing slots up to 10 weeks ahead.
For those supplementing their mat practice with occasional apparatus work, single session rates are available. The pricing remains competitive and offers great value, with packages for private and semi-private sessions, or open practice sessions in the apparatus studio for up to three experienced clients. Group mat practice sessions, live and via Zoom, also remain affordably priced.
