The main course at Compton Cross Country Course spans an impressive five miles, featuring undulating hills that offer breathtaking views of the Solent and the Isle of Wight to the south, and the crest of the South Downs to the north. Additionally, there is a schooling course which covers 1. 5 miles, providing riders with a variety of over seventy optional jumps, ranging in size from approximately 1'6” to 3'3”. The horse riding school also offers a show jump ring equipped with various jumps, including a gate, wall, water tray, planks, and stile. This ring is available for use from spring until the end of autumn, weather permitting.
