For those who enjoy group fitness classes, we have a spacious studio that can accommodate up to thirty people. Our classes include Yoga, pound, cardio-marathon, Elvi experience, cardio-kids, and more. Various equipment such as TRX, weights, Swiss balls, bars, and weighted balls are available for class use and personal training. Rivest Karat is a family-friendly Karat school located in Val-des-Monts, offering classes for children, teenagers, and adults. Our instructors are dynamic and Certified by the National Coaching Certification Program of Canada (NCCP). They have certifications in traditional Japanese karate and are accomplished athletes in competitive karate under the World Karate Federation (WKF), the only association recognized by the International Olympic Committee for karate. Rivest Karat is the only dojo in Val-des-Monts recognized by Karat Qubec, the sports federation approved by the Ministry of Education.
