To reach the Angel Pilates Studio, clients can take the exit and turn right onto Upper Street. They will pass the shopping centre until they reach the Business Design Centre on the left. At the reception, visitors can indicate that they are there to see Complete Pilates in Unit 226. Walking up the stairs to the left of the reception, they will reach the first floor landing.
After walking straight ahead to the first-floor balcony, turning right will lead them to unit 226. If clients require the use of a lift, they can consult with reception for guidance. The approximate walking time from the exit to the studio is 5 minutes.
The brand new Pilates studio at Complete Pilates Angel features Allegro 2 reformers, Allegro 2 towers, a trapeze table (cadillac), a ladder barrel, spine correctors, and a Wunda chair or split pedal chair. In addition, the studio offers a mat area and a variety of smaller props to aid in improving and challenging clients' movement. Complete Pilates Angel shares the clinic with Complete Physio, which has two treatment rooms on-site. This collaboration allows the studio to offer services such as soft tissue massage, diagnostic ultrasound, and guided injections.
