Community Care Northumberland is dedicated to providing support, care, and services to the residents of Northumberland County. Established in 1988, our not-for-profit organization offers a wide range of programs to seniors, adults with disabilities, individuals recovering from illness or injury, and hospice clients and their caregivers.

Our mission at Community Care Northumberland is to connect our communities to the support, service, and care they need throughout their lifelong journey. We operate various programs and services, including nutrition services such as Meals on Wheels and community diners, transportation services, wellness programs, in-home services, and hospice care and support.

Our team of qualified staff and dedicated volunteers work tirelessly to ensure that each client receives the assistance and care they require. Whether it is delivering meals to a senior in need, providing transportation to a medical appointment, offering wellness classes to keep individuals active and independent, or offering support to hospice clients and their families during a difficult time, we are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve.
