This means that our training sessions are as real as possible, allowing individuals to develop the skills and strategies needed to excel in combat. Whether you are a professional fighter or an enthusiastic amateur, our classes cater to all levels of experience and ability.
Our classes cover a wide range of topics, from basic kicking, punching, movement, and striking techniques, to strategic thinking, advanced conditioning, and personal development. We recognise that every individual is different and encourage them to develop in their own way, fostering confidence and creating effective fighters and martial artists.
In addition to our taekwondo classes, we offer SCAR (strength, conditioning, agility, and reaction) training. This complete performance training system works on improving your fitness and performance potential in the most efficient and effective way possible. Through SCAR training, you will push yourself beyond your perceived limits, improving your strength, flexibility, speed, mobility, creativity, and overall physique.
For children aged under 14, we offer specialised kids' classes that focus on movement, exercise, and technique. These classes are less intense and physical compared to the adult classes, but equally rewarding and effective. Regular in-class competitions, a structured grading syllabus, and individual rewards make physical activity fun and challenging for kids, helping them become fit, confident, sociable, and calm in stressful situations.
For those who prefer a more personalised approach, we offer private training sessions. Whether you prefer one-on-one or small group training, our skilled coaches will provide you with focused attention to help you meet specific goals. Private coaching is particularly beneficial when preparing for a fight or if you want to progress faster than normal. In a one-on-one or small group setting, you can expect to improve 2-3 times faster than in a class environment.
