Don't worry if running isn't your thing, as many participants choose to walk the course at their own pace. The obstacles are designed to be fun rather than super challenging, making it suitable for those aged 12 and above. And if there's an obstacle that's not your cup of tea, you can always skip it. The event is organized into 30-minute groups to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
