Welcome to Colney Heath – The Pilates Workshop, an award-winning Pilates studio located in St Albans. Our mission is to make Pilates and its associated benefits accessible to everyone of all ages and abilities. With our wide range of classes and experienced instructors, we are committed to helping you get the most out of your body movement, no matter what size, age, or shape you are.
At our studio, you will find a variety of Pilates classes to suit your needs. We offer Group Pilates Matwork classes, Small Group Reformer classes, Yoga, Adult Ballet, as well as Private 1-2-1 sessions using the Reformer, Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. Whether you are looking to reset your system, recharge your body, kickstart your morning, or wind down at night, we have a class that is perfect for you.
