Located in the heart of Colney Heath, the Colney Heath Goshin-Ryu Ju-Jitsu Club in St Albans lays the groundwork for practical self-defence. At the helm is Sensei Neal Luxford, a 5th Dan who has been immersed in martial arts since 1973. Neal's extensive background in Tae Kwon-Do and close combat is paired with the powerful techniques of Ju-Jitsu. Joining him are Sensei Nathan Luxford (4th Dan) with senior grades in Tae Kwon-Do, and Sensei Wayne Hoskins (4th Dan), who brings his Shotokan Karate expertise.
