Riley, the organiser of Code Fitness Personal and Group Training, wanted to share a quick note with the sports community. Riley’s journey started in the USA, but after more than a decade in London, it’s clear their heart lies here. They used to work in Financial Services, but their true calling became apparent with fitness. As a former college athlete in American Football and Basketball, Riley brings a rich pool of experience. With a Bachelor's in Communication and an MBA, they mix education with practical know-how in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and functional strength training.
CODE Fitness focuses on Callisthenics, Strength, Conditioning, and Mental Toughness training, making most of London's open spaces in the summer for equipment-free workouts. Riley makes sure that each session is tailored, understanding everyone’s unique needs.
They also cater to corporate teams with in-office classes and their portfolio includes several successful group sessions. Memberships are affordable, with 1-on-1 options starting from £600 for 10 sessions, and distant training programmes available for £60 with regular check-ins.
Riley recently signed a partnership with Football Radar and launched the latest outdoor class, Code BoxHiit, at Clapham Common. This class mixes boxing exercises with bodyweight training, all set to hip-hop beats – an absolute blast!
