At Cobdenhealth, we understand that everyone has unique care needs, and we offer various support options, ranging from in-home care to residential care with 60 beds. Our aim is to ensure that individuals who are unable to live independently or require assistance with daily activities can maintain a home-like environment without compromising on their care.
We take a holistic approach to care, addressing not only the physical needs but also considering emotional, intellectual, financial, occupational, environmental, social, and spiritual wellness. Our dedicated staff ensures that each resident's care is tailored to their specific needs and preferences.
In addition to aged care services, Cobdenhealth also provides community health services. Our professional allied health providers offer illness prevention and rehabilitation services, promoting overall health and well-being in the community.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, the health, and safety of our residents remain our top priority. We have implemented strict measures in line with the State Government's requirements to minimise the risk of COVID-19 transmission. As part of our efforts, we ask that all visitors and contractors undertake a rapid antigen test (RAT) before entering our facility. Our staff are available to guide and assist visitors with the test.
