Coastrek offers three different distances for participants to choose from: 50 km, 30 km, or 20 km. These routes take hikers along Australia's most spectacular coastlines, providing breathtaking views and an immersive experience in nature. Participants can join thousands of wild women and men in teams of four as they embark on this epic adventure while proudly supporting the Heart Foundation.
To ensure participants are prepared for the challenge, Coastrek provides a fully supported 12-week Training Programme and an online community where they can stay motivated and interact with fellow participants. Additionally, Coastrek offers resources and support to help participants reach their fundraising goals, with direct access to the Heart Foundation for any questions or assistance.
