We offer a range of membership options to suit your needs. Whether you're an adult or a teenager, we have options for you. Our memberships include weekly sessions, monthly check-ins, and access to our online support group. We also offer FIFO memberships for those who work fly-in-fly-out schedules.

We offer a variety of classes at Coast 2 Coast CrossFit. Each class size is capped at 14 to ensure a personalised experience. We have CrossFit classes that focus on high-intensity workouts, Olympic lifting classes to practise barbell movements, and open gym classes where you can work on specific areas of fitness.
