Despite breaking their leg just two months before heading off to the University of Iowa, this setback presented a new opportunity for Coach Dee to become the best coach they could be.
Coach Dee holds a BSc degree in Exercise Science and an MSc degree in Strength & Conditioning from Liverpool John Moores University. Their goal is to share their knowledge and help individuals achieve greatness by improving movement quality, strength, and performance. In their career, Coach Dee has worked with a variety of athletes, from amateur to high-performance, and has expertise in endurance and speed/power-based training. They understand how different energy systems and physiological demands impact training modality.
