After experiencing difficult times during my early teenage years due to family events, discovering fitness and personal training became my saving grace. It not only helped me physically but also greatly improved my mental health and overall well-being. This newfound passion led me to pursue a career in health and fitness, studying at a further education level and constantly pushing myself to improve.
At Coach Cosh, our mission is to improve the self-esteem of our clients and help them become the best versions of themselves. We also aim to provide an alternative way to address mental health issues and encourage everyone to view physical health as an essential part of their lives.
