Coach Tane Fitness is a hybrid training gym in Rolleston for people who want coached strength, cardio and boxing style workouts. Sessions are built around circuit training with a new round starting every 3 minutes, and there are no fixed class times so you can train on your schedule. Coach support is provided every session, with staffed hours and 24/7 access outside those times. There is also a Kids Zone and a Foundations for life option for getting started.
