Clyde Valley Gymnastics Club, based in Dumbarton, invites everyone in the sports community to join them. Organised by John, the club offers a variety of gymnastics classes suitable for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced gymnasts. Whether you're interested in competitive gymnastics or just looking to have some fun, Clyde Valley Gymnastics Club has something for you.

John has ensured that the club provides a comprehensive range of classes. For the little ones, aged 3 to 5, there are pre-school classes on:
- Tuesdays: 3:30pm - 4:30pm
- Wednesdays: 3pm - 4pm
- Saturdays: 9:30am - 10:30am and 11:30am - 12:30pm
Children aged 5 to 8 can join beginner classes on:
- Mondays: 3pm - 4pm
- Tuesdays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
- Thursdays: 3pm - 4pm and 5pm - 6pm
- Fridays: 5:30pm - 6:30pm
- Saturdays: 9am - 10am and 10:30am - 11:30am
For more experienced gymnasts aged 9 and above, intermediate two-hour sessions are available on:
- Mondays: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- Tuesdays: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
- Wednesdays: 4pm - 6pm
- Thursdays: 4:30pm - 6:30pm
- Saturdays: 10am - 12pm and 12pm - 2pm
Advanced two-hour classes are held for those at higher levels on:
- Tuesdays: 4pm - 6pm
- Fridays: 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Additionally, John has introduced classes for Acro and Tumble, both competitive and non-competitive, and display gymnastics for those interested.
John has set up clear policies and procedures to maintain a safe and respectful environment in the club. These include codes of conduct for gymnasts, parents, coaches, and volunteers, as well as social media guidelines and payment policies.
Members are also encouraged to show their club pride by purchasing club kit items. Available items include CVG Hoodies, Regatta Tracksuit Jackets, Girls' Leggings/Boys' Bottoms, Green and Black CVG T-Shirts, and Backpacks, all of which can be ordered through the club.
