Offering three programs for participants to choose from – a recreational program, a competitive program, and a sports-study option in synchronized swimming in collaboration with Polyvalente Nicolas-Gatineau and cole secondaire Mont-Bleu.

For those participating in competitions, please remember to remove all jewellery and nail polish before the event.
