Club de gymnastique Flex-Art is a well-established gymnastics club located in Montreal, with over 30 years of experience in the community. Situated at the NDG community centre, the club offers classes for young girls at both recreational and competitive levels.
The club's programs include a Pre-Competitive program, designed for children who have advanced beyond recreational level but are not yet ready for competitive gymnastics. Children in this program will rapidly develop their skills to prepare them for competitive levels.
In addition to the competitive program, Flex-Art also offers an exciting Summer Camp program. Children will have the opportunity to train in artistic gymnastics in the mornings and participate in various activities in the afternoons for a fun-filled summer.
For younger children aged 3 to 5, the KinderGym program is a great introduction to gymnastics, focusing on developing skills such as balance, flexibility, coordination, and strength. This program helps children familiarize themselves with the elements and apparatus used in artistic gymnastics.
The Recreational Gymnastics program at Flex-Art is designed for girls aged 6 to 12, providing them with the foundational skills necessary for gymnastics practice. The club also offers competitive gymnastics levels R2, R3, R4, and R5 for those interested in taking their skills to a competitive level.
The club also hosts events such as the Annual Showcase, where parents and family members can witness the hard work and progress of the young gymnasts throughout the season. Flex-Art participates in events like the Jeux de Montral, allowing gymnasts to showcase their abilities and passion for the sport.
Club de gymnastique Flex-Art prides itself on providing high-quality gymnastics training in a supportive and encouraging environment. With a range of programs catering to different skill levels and ages, the club is dedicated to helping young gymnasts achieve their full potential in the sport.
