Established in 1975, Club Arogym initially focused on competitive gymnastics, producing notable gymnasts who achieved success at the provincial and national levels in the 1980s. However, in the early 1990s, the club transitioned towards a recreational approach, prioritizing the development of expertise in recreational gymnastics. Over the years, Club Arogym has become known for its commitment to providing specialized programs for young children, promoting motor development and psychomotor skills through the foundational sport of gymnastics.
At Club Arogym, the goal is not only to excel in gymnastics but also to inspire and encourage a healthy and active lifestyle for life. The club offers a variety of classes, including Developmental Motor Skills and Psychomotor Skills (2 to 3 years), Gymnastics and Psychomotor Skills (3 to 6 years), Pre-CANGYM Gymnastics (4 to 6 years), CANGYM Gymnastics (7 years and up), Trampoline, Slackline, Acrobatic Development, and Tumbling (8 years and up), as well as classes for adults aged 15 and above.
