Inline Physio. Moorooka, a local Pilates club in Moorooka, is thrilled to announce the availability of Clinical Pilates & PhysioX Classes at all of their clinics!
Pilates is an exercise discipline that focuses on strengthening important muscle groups such as the abdominals, pelvic floor, diaphragm, and lower back. Not only does it help develop strength, flexibility, muscular endurance, coordination, balance, and good posture, but it can also be an effective way to rehabilitate following a musculoskeletal issue or for general health and well-being.
The fees for our classes may differ slightly between our various studio locations, so it's best to contact your preferred location for more specific information.
If you're looking for a unique Pilates experience, our Clinical Pilates program is just what you need. Combining Physiotherapy Rehab Exercises and Reformer Pilates, these 45-minute sessions provide a comprehensive workout. Before joining our small Group Clinical Pilates Classes, you'll undergo an initial One-on-One biomechanical assessment and induction session. This ensures that you receive the full benefit and personalisation of your Pilates journey.
For those in need of core and rehab exercises, our PhysioX class is perfect. This Physiotherapist-run small group class is based around the Reformer machine and incorporates other gym equipment. It's particularly ideal for beginners who are recovering from injury, and it's also eligible for a Private Health Fund rebate. To attend the PhysioX group classes, you'll need to complete an initial One-on-One biomechanical assessment and induction session for personalisation and optimal outcomes.
At our Samford Studio, we also offer Yoga classes. Whether you're a beginner or advanced practitioner, we have options ranging from restorative to advanced classes. You can find our complete class schedule on our website.
If you have any questions or would like to book a class, Inline Physio. Moorooka is here to assist you. Don't hesitate to contact them and begin your Pilates journey towards improved strength, flexibility, and overall well-being today.
