Clinical Osteofit Classes

Shelbourne Physiotherapy is excited to announce their upcoming Clinical Osteofit Classes, perfect for individuals with Osteoporosis, Osteopenia, low bone density, or those at risk of falling. This specialised Osteofit I class will be held from September 6 to October 29, running on Mondays and Thursdays in the afternoon.

Led by a certified Kinesiologist, the classes aim to enhance balance, strength, and overall health while also providing valuable knowledge on nutrition. The ultimate goal is to reduce the risk of falling and bone fractures, as well as improve the ability to carry out daily tasks with greater ease. Before joining the class, participants will need to undergo an initial assessment with a Kinesiologist.

The cost for the 2-month session is $15 per class, and there is an additional $75 fee for the mandatory initial assessment.
