The Climbing Club at Wycombe Leisure Centre is thrilled to invite you to our upcoming Climbing event! Our wall offers an amazing experience for climbers of all levels, from those just starting out to seasoned veterans. With a whopping 17 roped lines and over 60 routes available, there's always a challenge waiting for you.
What sets our climbing wall apart is that it's not affected by the unpredictable British weather. Rain or shine, you can climb to your heart's content in our indoor facility. And if you don't have a climbing partner, fret not! We have an awesome auto-belay line that allows you to train solo.
If you're new to climbing, we've got you covered! Our club offers a variety of options to help you get started. You can join our group sessions or opt for private lessons for a more personalised experience. Our friendly and qualified instructors will ensure that you have a structured introduction to the sport.
For our younger climbers, we have dedicated tuition sessions led by our experienced instructors. Safety and fun are our top priorities, so you can rest assured that your children are in good hands. And if your little one has a birthday coming up, why not celebrate with a rock-climbing party? It will be a memorable and exciting experience for all!
We also welcome schools and groups who are looking for a thrilling climbing adventure. Our group sessions are recommended to run for a minimum of 1.5 hours, and participants must be seven years or older. Depending on your needs and requirements, prices may vary. We'll work with you to create a package that suits your group perfectly.
And here's some exciting news for all you solo climbers out there! Join us every Tuesday and Thursday for our Cake & Climb Social evenings. It's the perfect opportunity to meet other climbers, and our friendly instructors will be there to introduce you and provide belaying assistance if needed. Plus, we'll have some delicious cake for you to enjoy! If you don't have your own climbing equipment, don't worry. We offer equipment rentals including harnesses, shoes, chalk, bags, and belays.
