Our club is led by Justin Beattie, a highly experienced martial arts and fitness instructor with a 5th Dan black belt in Shotokan Karate. Justin is dedicated to helping each individual reach their full potential and provides guidance, motivation, and inspiration to all members.

We offer separate training programmes for children and adults, ensuring that everyone can participate at the right level. Our classes are held at Sea Scouts Hall in Beacon Court, Grimsby, and are scheduled on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Sundays, making it convenient for students to choose the days that suit them best.

We understand that starting karate can be intimidating, especially for beginners. That is why we offer a free first lesson, allowing you to experience our club and decide if it's the right fit for you. Whether you are a complete beginner or have previous experience in martial arts, we welcome you to join our club.

The fees for our classes are affordable, with different packages available for adults and juniors. We also offer 1-1 training sessions for those who prefer personalised instruction. As spaces are limited, we require students to nominate the days they wish to attend and any changes should be requested in advance.

In addition to regular classes, we also hold gradings, training seminars with visiting instructors, and participate in local and national competitions. These opportunities allow our members to showcase their skills, challenge themselves, and progress in their karate practise.
