Welcome to Classic Pilates Studio, located in Varsity Lakes on the Gold Coast. At Classic Pilates Studio, we specialise in delivering the ORIGINAL and PURE CLASSICAL PILATES METHOD, just as it was created by Joseph Pilates in 1920.

Our founder and instructor, Rafael, has over 10 years of experience as a certified classical Pilates instructor and brings a wealth of knowledge from his background in physiotherapy. His goal is to teach you how to control your body and core, ensuring that you feel pleased and satisfied with every workout. We believe that Pilates is a challenging but highly rewarding practise, and we are here to support you in achieving your health and fitness goals.

Pilates is suitable for everyone, regardless of age, shape, or fitness level. It improves sports performance, helps address injuries, enhances memory, and increases flexibility, among many other benefits. In our sessions, you will engage all of your muscles simultaneously, rather than focusing on individual body parts. Our aim is to cultivate a deep awareness of your body and enhance your overall well-being.

To accommodate your busy schedule, we offer a variety of approaches, including private and duo classes throughout the day. Our goal is to provide a personalised and tailored experience that promotes your mental and physical health. We offer various class packages to suit your needs. Our private session options include a 10-pack for $650 ($65 per class), a 5-pack for $350 ($70 per class), and single classes for $80 each. For duo classes, we have a 10-pack for $500 per person ($50 per person per class), a 5-pack for $275 per person ($55 per person per class), and single classes for $60 per person per class.
