Miss Gabriella's journey in the world of dance began on the South Coast, where she studied ballet, contemporary, and lyrical styles at SCIPA School of Dance before joining Joanne Grace School of Dance for further classical training. Her dedication and talent led her to pursue full-time classical ballet training at The Conlan College, Pymble, where she excelled in both contemporary dance and RAD and Vaganova classical ballet techniques. Miss Gabriella achieved distinctions in her RAD Advanced Exams, solidifying her foundation in ballet.
Since 2019, Miss Gabriella has been sharing her passion and knowledge with students of all ages. She teaches classical technique, pointe work, lyrical/contemporary dance, and soloist choreography. Her commitment to professional development led her to complete her Certificate in Ballet Teaching Studies (CBTS) in October 2022. She is also a certified instructor for Progressive Ballet Technique (PBT) at Level 1 and a licenced Silver Swans Teacher, offering ballet classes specifically designed for adults over 55.
At Classical Ballet with Gabriella, the school offers a diverse range of classes to cater to different age groups and interests. For pre-schoolers aged 3-5, the “Dance to Your Own Tune” programme allows young dancers to explore ballet techniques, imaginative movement, and musicality in line with the RAD syllabus. These classes are held on Monday at 9:30 am, Wednesday at 3:30 pm, and Thursday at 3:30 pm.
For children aged 5-7, the “Pre-primary & Primary Ballet” classes provide a beautiful introduction to more structured ballet training. These classes focus on building technique, musicality, and coordination in a fun and engaging environment.
In addition to these classes, Classical Ballet with Gabriella also offers graded ballet classes, lyrical and contemporary dance, strength and flexibility training, private lessons, and the newly introduced Silver Swans classes for adults over 55. Alongside her studio work, Miss Gabriella also shares her love for dance as a teacher in local primary schools in the Shoalhaven region.
