Welcome to Dancetra, the Contemporary Dance club in Chelmer! We are thrilled to invite you to our upcoming local Contemporary Dance event.
At Dancetra, we pride ourselves on offering top-notch training in Classical Ballet. Our students are taught using the renowned Royal Academy of Dancing (RAD) method, ensuring they receive the highest quality instruction.
One exciting opportunity that our students have is the chance to participate in RAD Exams, which are held every July. These exams not only allow our dancers to showcase their skills but also provide a valuable learning experience.
Alternatively, for those who prefer a more intimate setting, we offer 'in studio' exams. These exams give students a chance to perform in a comfortable atmosphere while still receiving constructive feedback from our experienced instructors.
In addition to exams, throughout the year our talented dancers compete in local Eisteddfods, where they have the opportunity to shine both individually and as part of a group. These competitions allow our students to demonstrate their talent and receive recognition for their hard work.
One of the highlights of our dance calendar is our year-end concert, held in November. This highly anticipated event gives our students the chance to perform on a professional stage, adorned in beautiful theatrical costumes. It is an unforgettable experience for both the dancers and their loving family and friends who come to support them.
