You can progress at your own pace and challenge yourself as much as you want.
In addition to our pole fitness classes, we also offer weekly 'Pole Choreo' and 'Heels Choreo' classes that are perfect for beginners. These classes introduce basic pole moves and choreography, with the heels choreography class allowing you to unleash your inner diva. However, please note that if you choose to wear heels, they must be the correct pole-specific shoes rather than just any high heels.
If you're new to pole fitness and feeling a bit apprehensive, we've got you covered. Our Cradley Heath studio hosts the '6 Week Introduction to Pole Fitness' course on Saturday mornings. This course provides a supportive and comfortable environment for complete beginners to learn the foundations of pole fitness. You'll start the course together as a group, creating a sense of camaraderie and making new friends along the way.
At KPole, we understand that some people may prefer private lessons or want to organise a private event. That's why we offer 1-2-1 or small group private lessons, as well as party packages for larger groups.
