Book a class and find your flow at EmmaCPilates, the Pilates club in Kingston upon Thames. They offer a variety of classes to suit different interests. On Mondays, there's a Zoom class available from 12.00 until 14.00. Tuesdays are all about Pilates at Rose Theatre Kingston at 10.15, open to beginners and improvers. The class costs £40 for a block of 4 sessions or £12 for a drop-in session. They also have a Zoom class available from 12.00 until 16.00 on Tuesday.
Wednesdays bring Pilates to Latchmere Rec at 9.20 am, suitable for beginners and improvers. EmmaCPilates also offers Zoom classes from 11.00 until 16.00 on Wednesdays. And to wrap up the week, on Fridays, they have a Zoom class available with slots at 10.30 and 11.30.
