City West Taekwondo offers a variety of classes tailored to different age groups. Their “Beginner” classes are specifically designed for new students who are starting their Taekwondo journey at City West Taekwondo for the first time. To ensure personalised attention and quality instruction, class sizes are limited, making pre-bookings essential.
For children aged 5–7 years, City West Taekwondo offers the “Mini-Stars” programme. This programme, created by the club's founder, Mr Frank De Pasquale, offers a fun and educational introduction to Taekwondo. It focuses on self-defence, self-awareness, and building leadership skills while promoting discipline, self-control, problem-solving, and teamwork.
The “Juniors” programme is suitable for young students aged 8–13 years. Junior classes cater to students at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Qualified Black Belt Instructors lead these classes, ensuring students receive effective instruction in hand and foot techniques. City West Taekwondo prides itself on modern teaching methods and strives to create a supportive and engaging environment for all junior members.
For individuals aged 14 years and above, City West Taekwondo offers the “Seniors” programme. These classes run two to three times a week and cater to both beginner and advanced levels. Like the Juniors programme, Senior classes are conducted by qualified Black Belt Instructors, ensuring high-quality instruction. In some instances, Junior and Senior members have the opportunity to train together, creating a dynamic training atmosphere where students can learn from each other.
