For children aged 5–7 years, City West Taekwondo offers the “Mini-Stars” programme. This programme, created by the club's founder, Mr Frank De Pasquale, offers a fun and educational introduction to Taekwondo. The “Juniors” programme is suitable for young students aged 8–13 years. Junior classes cater to students at various skill levels, from beginners to advanced. Like the Juniors programme, Senior classes are conducted by qualified Black Belt Instructors, ensuring high-quality instruction. In some instances, Junior and Senior members have the opportunity to train together, creating a dynamic training atmosphere where students can learn from each other.
