Citypark Fitness is Glasgow's top independent gym, dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. With a team of expert Personal Trainers on site, you'll receive the support and guidance you need to succeed. Our gym prides itself on being a friendly and welcoming environment for everyone.
We offer three well-equipped gym areas to cater to all fitness levels. Whether you prefer weights and lifting rooms, the best cardio machines, fixed resistance machines, or plate loaded machines, we have it all. Our qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers have years of experience in the industry and are ready to help you reach your full potential.
In addition to our top-notch facilities, we also provide fully equipped changing rooms, showers, and on-site parking for your convenience. You can choose from flexible monthly membership options or commit to a longer-term 12-month membership.
For our female members, we offer Female Only Group PT sessions led by our fantastic team of Coaches. With four different sessions per week, you can find a time that suits your schedule. These sessions are designed to be small, allowing for personalised attention and support. Our Coaches will not only teach you how to use the gym equipment effectively but also provide valuable nutrition guidance and set goals with you.
If you prefer a more personalised approach, we offer 121 PT packages. You can decide from 1, 2, or 3 PT sessions per week, tailored to your goals and availability. Your Personal Trainer will not only provide you with effective workouts but also support you with nutrition advice and meal plans. They will be your biggest cheerleader, helping you stay accountable and motivated on your fitness journey.

Citypark Fitness is open from Monday to Friday, from 06:00 to 21:00, and on weekends from 09:00 to 15:00. Our Female Group PT sessions are available in the mornings and evenings, providing flexibility to fit your schedule.
