Similar to the Tuesday class, this session is open to beginners and improvers and offers a warm and supportive atmosphere. Glenys Dawson, the dedicated teacher at Cityliners Dance School, boasts an impressive background in the world of dancing. With over five decades of teaching experience since 1969, she is a qualified teacher in Ballroom, Latin, and Old Time dancing. Glenys holds qualifications in the International Dance Teachers Association and the United Kingdom Association of Professional Teachers of Dancing. In addition to Line Dancing, she has also taught Sequence dancing, Rhythmic Fitness, and Tap Dancing.
Glenys founded Sheffield City Liners in 1987 and possesses an Associate level qualification for Line Dancing in the IDTA and UKAPTD. She is a respected member of the Guild of Professional Teachers of Dancing.
