Chung Do Taekwondo is a well-established martial arts school located in Lindfield, Sydney. With its main branch centralised in Chatswood on the top floor of Lemon Grove shopping centre, the school offers a comprehensive programme that combines traditional taekwondo principles with modern Olympic-style training.

At Chung Do Taekwondo, students of all skill levels are welcome, from those with no athletic background to active competitors. Founded in 1974 by Grand Master Suh Chun Suk, Chung Do Taekwondo is one of Australia's oldest Taekwondo dojangs. The classes are open to students of all ages, starting from 4–6 years old in the special class, and from 7 years old (with no upper limit) in the general classes. Many families train together at the school, including parents and siblings.

The benefits of Taekwondo training extend beyond physical fitness. The practise helps develop balance, coordination, situational awareness, and strength and conditioning. Mentally, Taekwondo promotes discipline, focus, respect, perseverance, and humility.

Chung Do Taekwondo offers three types of classes: general classes open to the public, a gentle Taekwondo class based on Australian Taekwondo's “Ageless Taekwondo” concept for individuals aged 65 and older, and school sports programmes exclusively available to selected high school students.

As the Australian government relaxes lockdown protocols, Chung Do Taekwondo is committed to offering both online and in-person classes. This allows members to continue their training and be supported by the school even during uncertain times.
