Through the Little Ninjas programme, kids develop teamwork, concentration, focus, discipline, and mental and physical coordination.

For children aged 5 to 9, the Little Ninjas classes are held on Wednesdays from 5:00pm to 6:00pm at Howard's school in Rainham, Kent. The family session takes place on Saturdays from 10:30am to 11:30am at the Parkwood Community Centre in Rainham, Kent. Furthermore, self-defence classes are offered in private sessions, with the scheduling arranged according to individual preferences.
