Experience the Christmas Stress-Less Dressage event at Sykehouse Arena on Tuesday, December 10th, 2024. Participants have the opportunity to choose their own Novice or Elementary test, with the highest score determining the winner. Additionally, there is an option to select a BE test for non-competitive practice. Tests must adhere to a 20x40m arena format. Entries close the Saturday prior at 6 pm or when full, so be sure to secure your slot online. Please note that chosen times are confirmed only upon payment during booking.
The 'Stress-less Dressage' environment offers a relaxed and informal setting for riders and horses, ideal for novices or young participants looking for a mid-week challenge. The event requires riders to wear current standard riding hats and appropriate boots, as well as ensuring horses have suitable tack according to British Dressage rules. Competition attire and plaiting are not mandatory. It is essential to adhere to BD rules to maintain fairness throughout the event.
Remember to bring your gloves and declare your chosen tests at the cafe. Classes run mixed throughout the day, with final results available after the last competitor in each class. Rosettes up to 6th place can be collected on-site or forwarded by post at an additional cost. A withdrawal policy is in place up until the close of entries, with a partial refund available. Non-transferable bookings ensure slots are secured for the specified event only.
