Whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner, there's something for everyone. The methodical approach and precision to detail in Pilates make it an effective and reliable way to improve posture, increase flexibility, and build strength in a controlled and balanced manner.
At Christina Fulcher Pilates, classes are kept small with a maximum of 10 people (8 for beginners) to ensure personalised and focused attention from the instructors. Classes are typically booked on a course basis, but drop-in options may be available for experienced participants if space permits. Additionally, some classes can be attended simultaneously in-studio and via Zoom, offering flexibility for those who prefer to work out from home.
The schedule includes various types of Pilates classes, such as Basic Beginner Pilates, Beginner/Improver Pilates, Intermediate Pilates, Advanced Pilates, Pre and Post natal Pilates, Back Health Pilates, and Barre Pilates. There are also yoga classes available, with booking directly with the yoga teachers through the instructors' page. The studio also hosts occasional workshops to delve deeper into specific areas of interest.

If you're new to Pilates or lacking confidence in your movement abilities, the Basic Beginner Pilates class with Christina on Tuesdays at 7. 15pm is an excellent choice. This class focuses on building a strong foundation and understanding of the basic pilates mat work, allowing you to gradually increase strength and control. For individuals with specific restrictions or limitations, the RHB Pilates class on Tuesdays at 3.
30pm provides a more gentle and adapted approach, suitable for conditions such as osteoporosis, disc issues, post-surgery, or joint stiffness.
For those who have some pilates experience and want to progress further, the Improvers Mat Pilates classes on Mondays at 8. 15pm, Tuesdays at 10am and Fridays at 10am are perfect options. Designed for slow improvers, these classes build on the foundation movements and introduce more challenging exercises from the mat series. Intermediate Mat Pilates classes, led by Christina on Mondays at 7.
15pm, Tuesdays at 9am, Wednesdays at 7. 10pm, and Thursdays at 8. 10pm, further push the boundaries and offer a more advanced level of practise.
