Gina's clientele spans across a diverse age range, from 5 to 85 years old, and she has successfully trained individuals to achieve remarkable feats such as completing an Ironman competition and climbing Kilimanjaro at the age of 65.

One of Gina's mottos is “SUCK IT UP PRINCESS! ”, reflecting her no-nonsense, tough love approach to training. She believes in pushing her clients to their limits, helping them discover their true potential, and achieving results with satisfaction. Gina's achievements over the years include being a professional drummer in a rock band, winning the QLD State Aerobic Championships, and participating in the Black Tie Corporate Fight Night.

As a qualified personal trainer, Gina holds a Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness and a Certificate 3 in Business. She is also trained in Advanced First Aid and is accredited in Meno Fitness (Hormones/Menopause). Additionally, she is a master trainer in Urban Rebound Boxing and Crank Cycling, and has expertise in various freestyle aerobics disciplines such as Hi/Lo, Step, Spin, ABT, and Circuit.

To book a session with Gina at Choice Fitness, clients can conveniently make online bookings. Gina's availability spans from Monday to Thursday, between 5:00am to 6:30pm, Friday from 5:00am to 10:30am, and Saturday from 6:00am to 10:00am. All bookings require online payment, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for clients.
