Join Richard Sensei at Chiswick Shorinji Kempo Dojo for a friendly and engaging martial arts experience! Classes run on Monday evenings from 19:30 to 20:30 and Wednesday evenings from 19:30 to 21:00. Richard, who trained extensively in Japan, brings the traditions of Shorinji Kempo to life. You'll learn a mix of striking, evasion, and situational awareness—plus, you'll boost your strength, stamina, and self-confidence.
Fees are straightforward: adults pay £45 per month for two weekly classes. Newcomers get the first month's insurance free, with BSKF membership required afterwards.
