Welcome to the Chinese Martial Arts and Health Centre Australia. We are part of a growing family of schools worldwide offering traditional Chinese Martial Arts originating from a respected line of masters. We offer training in Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Kung Fu Fitness and Self Defence with classes for children and adults.
In addition to being highly qualified and experienced martial arts and self defence practitioners and instructors, our head instructors are also qualified sports and exercise scientists and professional engineers who specialise in applying science and engineering to further the understanding and practical application of martial arts.
