One thing Claire loves organising is the grading system, where kids can push through levels up to Black Belt. Gradings happen three times a year, and there’s a comprehensive syllabus and online resources to help everyone stay on track. Plus, kids get motivated by achieving new colour levels and earning stars and new t-shirts. 🎉
For those aged 8 and up, Claire runs the T4 Leadership Programme. It's all about shaping tomorrow's leaders with skills in marketing, communication, customer relationships, presentation, photography, and first aid. Participants get to assist in classes and enjoy monthly T4 training sessions. And get this—it's free to join! 🙌
If your child is looking for an extra challenge, there are monthly squad sparring sessions. These are intense but super fun and focus on honing fighting skills beyond regular training. 🥊
Claire also ensures there are specific classes for different age groups. The Ninja Skillz Class, designed for ages 3-5, focuses on balance, coordination, respect, listening, and ninja skills through playful activities. The Little Ninjas Class for ages 6-8 gets kids on the path to a black belt with games that develop core skills, plus lessons on bullying and self-defence. 🥷

Training focuses on stand-up striking, blending kickboxing and Karate techniques with lots of pad work, partner drills, and sparring. Fitness is also a big part of the sessions, with warm-ups and exercises that enhance overall strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and control.
