Children After School Program – Muay Thai – ITF Taekwondo – Kickboxing is a martial arts school, after school program, and day care centre located in Mississauga, Canada. With a mission to Cultivate Community Leaders, the school advocates for the practice of martial arts as a means of personal development. Through the teaching of values such as respect, self-control, and discipline, students are guided towards self-mastery and empowerment.

The school offers a variety of classes including Kickboxing, Muay Thai, ITF Taekwon-do, and group fitness classes. Led by trained instructors, the programs are carefully designed to help students reach their full potential. The focus is not only on physical and technical training but also on character development, with an emphasis on competing in local, national, and international tournaments.

In addition to its martial arts program, Children After School Program – Muay Thai – ITF Taekwondo – Kickboxing offers an After School Program for individuals aged four and up. Through the study of Taekwon-do, students develop physical strength, discipline, respect, self-confidence, and reduced stress. The school is dedicated to providing a supportive and nurturing environment where young people can grow and thrive.

Headed by Mr. Fredie Buen, a 4th Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do (ITF) and a member of Team Canada, the school boasts a team of dedicated instructors, including Mr. Alejandro Contreras, a 3rd Degree Black Belt in Taekwon-Do (ITF) and a former Team Canada member. With a commitment to excellence and a passion for martial arts, Children After School Program – Muay Thai – ITF Taekwondo – Kickboxing is the ideal place for students of all ages to learn, grow, and excel.
