About
Cheshunt Park Golf Course, situated in Waltham Cross, offers an 18-hole par 71 (6635 yard) parkland golf course. Designed by Donald Hawtree in 1971, this course spans across 232 acres of Cheshunt Park.
Organiser Lewis has ensured the golf course includes top-tier practise facilities: a 9-bay driving range, a putting green, and a chipping area. Whether you're a member or just dropping in for a 'pay and play' round, the course is open to all skill levels.
One standout feature is the challenging par-4 4th hole, which tests golfers of all abilities. Additional amenities include function room hire, a well-stocked golf shop, and the Halfway House by the 9th green offering snacks and beverages. The Place, the club's licensed restaurant, is perfect for dining with views of the course.
Extra services such as equipment repair, including re-shafting, re-gripping, and club re-alignment, are available. Businesses can also sponsor holes, with inquiries directed via email.
Detailed overviews of each hole on the course help players strategise their game in advance. Note that the bar and restaurant will be closed for kitchen refurbishment from 15 January to 5 February but will reopen soon after.
Cheshunt Park Golf Course, with its parkland setting and extensive facilities, welcomes golfers and event organisers alike. More information on memberships, services, and contact details can be found on the club's website or social media pages.
