Our classes take place at various venues and schools within central London, including Dulwich Village, Draycott Avenue, and The Hampshire School. To ensure the best learning experience, each class is supported by a teaching assistant and accompanied by one of our talented pianists.
At Chelsea Balletwear, we provide all the dance clothing required for our classes, including attire for classical ballet, modern dance, tap, and musical theatre. Our range of dancewear is available at all our class locations and independent schools, making it convenient for parents to outfit their children with the appropriate attire.
Founded 40 years ago by Dorothy Ind, Chelsea Ballet Schools is located in the heart of Kensington and Chelsea. Our aim is to make dancing a pleasurable and cherished experience for our students, one that fosters an appreciation of ballet, music, and movement throughout their lives. Our training not only focuses on correct deportment and graceful physical development but also helps build confidence in our students. Many of our former pupils have gone on to pursue professional careers in dance through attending professional schools and associate training programmes.
