Our self-defence courses are open to people from all backgrounds, including Close Protection Officers, Police Officers, NHS Workers, care staff, office workers, and Military personnel. We are proud to teach concepts that originate from the RAID System (Rapid Action Initiated Defence), which is approved and licenced by the British Martial Arts and Boxing Association (BMABA).
