Simon ensures a friendly, supportive environment for all members. There are sessions for juniors and seniors at Riverside Leisure Centre in Chelmsford City Centre and Barnes Farm School Dojo at Henniker Gate. Coaches are certified by the British Judo Association and have undergone DBS checks for member safety.
With no joining or subscription fees, the club operates on a drop-in basis at £5 per session, providing flexibility for participants. Regular gradings are available to help Judokas progress. After a trial period, British Judo Association membership is required to ensure insurance coverage.
