Cheer Strong offers a variety of programs, including recreational and competitive teams for all levels and ages, tumbling classes in group or private settings, day camps, birthday parties, school clinics, gym rental, and athletic therapy. The experienced and dedicated coaches at Cheer Strong are committed to teaching athletes the fundamentals of all-star cheerleading with a focus on technique, safety, and sportsmanship.

Cheer Strong Inc. is located in Whitby and offers a state-of-the-art training facility with over 5000 sq ft of space and 18 ft high ceilings. The club also has a partnership with Epic Gym in Port Hope, providing cheer programs and classes to the local community.
