Cheer Tumbling Camp (Week 1) Summer 2024

CapCity Gym is thrilled to bring back the Cheer Tumbling Camp for Summer 2024! This is the perfect opportunity for individuals aged 10 and above to work on their acrobatic skills for dance. Throughout the half-day camp, participants will focus on building strength, stability, and flexibility while mastering a variety of techniques including cartwheels, handstands, walkovers, handsprings, turns, and different jumps and leaps.
