Join us for kung fu classes Saturdays 10am to 12pm and Thursdays 7pm to 9pm.
We teach traditional Choy Lee Fut kung fu, with focuses on forms, techniques, self-defence, and lion dance.
It's an excellent way to get fit, meet new friends, and learn practical techniques that can be applied in the real world.
Don't worry if you've never done martial arts before – beginners are welcome and our instructors will ease you into the class, teaching you basic skills that will form the foundation for success.
